What is Ombre Powder Brows?

Ombré powder brows is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing technique that creates a soft, shaded look resembling a natural brow filled with makeup. Ombré brows are achieved by depositing tiny dots of pigment into the skin, creating a gradient effect—darker at the tail and lighter at the front. This method is suitable for most skin types and is less invasive, providing a fuller, more defined look that mimics the appearance of powdered or filled-in brows.

How long does it last? 

Ombre Powder Brows last 1 - 3 years depending on skin type, after-care, sun exposure and lifestyle. 

Does it Hurt? 


The pain is minimal to mild. We use a topical anesthetic therefore pain is minimized, however every client is different. More numbing can always be applied if needed.

Is this the best method for me?

  • This procedure is suitable for everyone, regardless of the skin type and brow hair

  • Heals the nicest compared to other methods (microblading, etc)

  • Does not cause scarring

Do I need a touch-up? 

Yes! Every new set of brows requires two sessions to achieve the desired results. After the first session, patchiness can be expected during the healing process.
 

How long should I wait to get my touch-up?

4-6 weeks

Who is not eligible for the procedure? 

Those who are/have:

  • Pregnant

  • Nursing

  • Using blood thinning medications

  • Diabetic

  • Glaucoma

  • Skin diseases

  • Has active Eczema or Psoriasis

  • Keloid

  • HIV/Hepatitis

  • Skin Cancer

What can i do to prepare for this appointment?

  • 1 month preparation:

    • No botox in the area 2 weeks prior to the appointment

    24 hour preparation:

    • No caffeine, alcohol or blood thinners (ex: coffee, caffeinated tea, pain killers)

    • If you are oily please exfoliate before your appointment

    • Do not exercise the day of your appointment

    • Please note you are more sensitive during your menstrual cycle

Do I need to groom my eyebrows before my appointment? 

Not necessary! Any hair outside of the line is removed after the shape has been confirmed by your Artist.

Should I come with or without makeup?

Come in without makeup because the brow area will be wiped and cleaned prior to the procedure.

After-Care Instructions :

Below is a summary of the aftercare instructions you will receive:

  • No water contact on the brows for 7 days

  • Avoid swimming, saunas, etc. for at least 7 days

  • Apply ointment as instructed

  • Avoid touching, scratching and picking on the scabs

  • Avoid sunlight, tanning beds until scabs have fully fallen off

  • Do not apply any make up on the brows until the scabs has completely fallen off

What to Expect during the healing process:

  • Brows will darken in the next few days after your appointment

  • Brows may scab and crack

  • Brows will appear to be light and patchy

  • The colour will begin to settle and return

  • Healed results will be slightly lighter than the colour immediately after the procedure

  • Brows will hardly be perfect after only one session

    Please note: Don’t panic! Trust the process, any changes can be made during the first touch-up

Healing Time:

  • 7 - 10 days (For brows to darken, crack, and then completely scab off)

  • 4 weeks (For the brows to fully heal and be ready for a touch-up appointment)

  • Eyebrows will fade 30-40% once healed
