Learn more about Powder Brows

What are Powder Brows?

Powder Brows is a semi-permanent cosmetic technique designed to create soft, powdery eyebrows that mimic the look of traditional powder makeup. This effect is achieved through a shading technique using a permanent makeup device, similar to a tattoo machine.

How are Powder Brows Done?

Our skilled artists utilize a fine needle to deposit pigment into the skin with precise, rapid motions, resulting in a pixelated appearance reminiscent of powder makeup. To enhance density, artists can layer the pixels multiple times, creating a look that resembles brows filled in with a pencil or pomade. The artistry of shading lies in the ability to layer these pixels seamlessly, ensuring that the final result is not denser or darker than your natural eyebrow hair. Our Master Artists excel in this technique, guaranteeing that when you leave the MLA Studio, your brows look beautifully natural.

Who is it For?

Powder Brows are an excellent solution for clients who draw on their eyebrows daily, offering a stunning and effortless alternative. This technique is also ideal for those who may not be suitable candidates for Microblading or Combo Brows due to oily skin, as the shading method works well with all skin types.

How Many Sessions Do I Need for Powder Brows?

Most clients achieve excellent healed results after just one session of shading. We also provide a complimentary touch-up after 6-8 weeks to ensure your brows are perfectly even and to adjust density if desired.

How Do I Maintain My New Powder Brows?

To maintain the crispness and vibrancy of your Powder Brows, we recommend an annual touch-up following the initial complimentary session. Natural fading can occur due to external factors like sun exposure and internal factors such as the gradual breakdown of pigments in your body. Individual experiences with fading can vary based on skin type and lifestyle.
